This application contains a large number of training programs, about 150 different exercises for different muscle groups. Also a big advantage of the application is the ability to create your own training programs. And to reach a larger audience, you can track your jogs. This is all aåccompanied by descriptions and videos.

Users can choose one of the goals that they want to achieve: get fit, grow mass, get healthier, lose weight, shape up, become hardy and share a promise. Because according to statistics, a public promise increases the chances of passing the program by 53%. 

For each group of muscles (arms, ABS, back, chest and legs), sets of exercises are available for users, combined in home workout according to difficulty level: easy, normal and hard. Each exercise is accompanied by a simple description and detailed video instructions.

The application user will have the opportunity to run professionally: the workout tracker allows the user to find out the average speed and distance, the duration of running, as well as the number of calories burned.

A real gift for everyone who wants to do work out at home successfully will be the Challenge program for 30 days. As part of this training program, users will get access to individual home workout for men and women programs, to exercises for specific muscle groups as well and a specialized comprehensive program designed for quick, effective and healthy weight loss.

For each of the proposed bodyweight fitness programs, the next system of displaying the results has been developed: users can track the number of workouts the user has done, the number of calories spent during the daily workout and the time it took to train. All the free workout routines are developed, based on the average statistical data.
